Plain version: you pay once, you get the full hunt, and if you're not happy we refund you.
What you buy
A one-time pass that unlocks bigger hunts. What each pass includes and costs is shown before you pay. There's no subscription, and the free hunt stays free.
Who sells it
Passes are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which handles payment, sales tax and your receipt.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older. Passes are for your own family's use.
Refunds
Not happy? Email [email protected] within 30 days for a full refund.
Safety and supervision
Hide and Clue gives you ideas and printable cards. You choose the hiding spots and run the hunt. A grown-up is responsible for checking every spot, supervising the kids, and keeping the hunt safe for your home and family. You're also responsible for any clues you write yourself.
No guarantees
Hide and Clue is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or right for every home.
Limited liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not responsible for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using Hide and Clue or running a hunt, including indirect or incidental damages. In any case, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may change or improve the site and update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and change the date below. Changes never take away what you already paid for.
Your rights
Some places don't allow some of these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law allows, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
